Did a little Rhett and Link doodle :)

i tried making another stamp. it’s supposed to be the moon and an apollo spacecraft + its trajectory and my name but ahhh i should probably have invested in a better/higher quality stamp base than an eraser

alas alas!

i made a stamp as instructed by ze frank.

and i made it backwards!

because having an associate of arts degree doesn’t mean you’re smart at not making things backwards. or anything at all really.

it’s okay though because it still looks pretty cool and using the ol’ x-acto knife again brought back some scary repressed memories of innumerable late nights and tiny shards of paper and frustration and hand cramps

the finished version of the bottom one got first place in the pencil/ink 14-18 age division in the art show at the lorain county fair. i won THREE dollars

TWO YEARS AGO TODAY I made this dang thing. And now it’s a Thing. That people wear on their chests and meet other people through and have uncomfortable conversations with strangers about.

There is even a tumblr just for pictures of people wearing it! (also the pizza john tag is wonderful)

Thanks to John for having such a soul-piercing stare + a mustache for 5 seconds that one time.

I’m going to see Driftless Pony Club on Thursday and I’m going to give these to Craig (they are glitter glue portraits of him and Gary Busey that I made like a year ago and promptly hid behind a bookshelf and forgot about until two days ago).

I hope he is thrilled.

here’s a papercut i did of stephen colbert some time in high school. just found it under some papers & dust in the corner of my room i am currently cleaning. for some reason, years ago my sister thought it looked like a good piece of paper to test out her pens on, so there’re stupid scribbles all over it that i tried to fix via editing but eghghh she is the dumbest
